Cancellation Policy
During inclement weather we may not make the delivery time requested. Although we will try our best, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur and no refund will be given. We will deliver as soon as it is possible.
If an order is cancelled more than 3 days in advance a 100% refund will be offered.
If an order is cancelled with less than 3 days’ notice a 50% refund will be applied.
If an order is cancelled with less than 1 days’ notice, no refund will be applied.
On larger corporate orders, (order more than $200) there are no cancellations unless more than 7 days are given, and a fee will be charged for work already performed and products already purchased for that order.
